Superior communication, effective negotiation and unmatched customer service are the cornerstones of
my business. I come to real estate by way of TV news. My more than 20-year career on the air took me
through TV markets in Minnesota, Idaho, Utah and eventually back home to Denver, Colorado.
My commitment to asking tough questions and finding answers continues nowadays as a full-time,
licensed real estate broker. I bring, not only years of local market experience to my clients, but expert
housing tips thanks to a background that also includes writing and producing programs for HGTV. These
days, I'm focused on helping clients and real estate agents find their way through the real-life world of
real estate.
Since 2013, I've been a top producer in Denver real estate. In 2015 I founded the Denver Home News
Team and was honored to be ranked #2 in the DTC office and #5 in Colorado by Coldwell Banker for
sales volume in 2017. I earned the prestigious Rising Star award for production in 2013 and have also
appeared in 5280 Magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Professional. My peers in South Denver real estate
also honored me as a 5-Carat Diamond Circle award winner. Since my start in real estate, I have sold
more than 200 homes totaling more than $100 Million in sales volume. In 2018 I was promoted to
Managing Broker of the Downtown Denver office. Ok, enough about that.
Here's the bottom line…I have a passion for what I do and would be honored to assist you, or someone
you know, with the buying or selling process. I come from a long background of Coloradans, and I'm
proud to have grown up right here in the Denver area.
As a graduate of Rangeview High School and Colorado State University, this is my home. I grew up in
Aurora and have many family members nearby - just the way I like it. My long-time partner Ethan and I
live in Denver's Stapleton neighborhood. When we're not working, we enjoy hiking, biking and spoiling
our three Chihuahuas. Oh, and you can still catch me on TV from time to time. I will always consider
myself a journalist – who happens to love real estate!
